Loca Loca – Local Messenger

LocaLoca is an EASY-TO-USE, FREE instant messenger which allows for contacting PEOPLE NEARBY.

You don’t need to know your neighbors or the people that are nearby to be able to announce something to them.

You need a recommendation of a service in the area? You’d like to announce something or make new friends? Or maybe you’re in the process of cleaning, and your vacuum cleaner just broke down? Ask on LocaLoca! Your neighbors can often prove to be more useful than your friends with whom you keep in touch via other popular social networks ;)

How does it work?

1) You specify the RANGE of your message, WHO it should reach, and HOW LONG it should be visible.

2) The users of LocaLoca who are the closest to you will receive a SPECIAL NOTIFICATION about your message.

3) The users who will want to reply to your message will be able to do it by using the CHAT visible only to you two.

4) Keep an eye on LocaLoca to KEEP UP with what people nearby publish...

Key features

- Notifying users in the immediate vicinity with a special notification

- range – in which users will see your message,

- time – for how long your message will be visible,

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY – that’s why messages published by the users of LocaLoca can be viewed on the map, but with an approximation that makes it impossible to determine the precise location of the user. When you log in with Facebook – other people can see only: your avatar thumbnail, your first name and the first letter of your last name.

LocaLoca is a very young project, so if there are many users in your neighborhood yet... keep the app on your phone. You will be notified when something starts to happen in the area.
